Requirements
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to work in OPD and Central Intake departments. The role involves patient assessment, coordination, documentation, and clinical support to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
OPD Nursing Responsibilities:
Assist doctors during OPD consultations and procedures.
Record patient vitals, medical history, and complaints accurately.
Prepare patients for examinations, investigations, and treatments.
Maintain OPD documentation and nursing records as per hospital protocols.
Central Intake Responsibilities:
Perform initial patient assessment, triage, and intake procedures.
Coordinate patient registration, investigations, and referrals to departments.
Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital processes and treatment flow.
Ensure proper handover of patient information to concerned clinical teams.
Care Coordination & Compliance:
Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
Follow hospital SOPs, NABH guidelines, and nursing protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, wards, diagnostics, billing, and support teams.
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM with valid nursing council registration.
1–3 years of experience in OPD, triage, or intake roles preferred.
Freshers may be considered based on skill and training.
