Job Description:
We are seeking a courteous and organized Patient Relations Executive to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing patient flow, collecting preliminary information, coordinating with departments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience before formal registration or consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Collect and verify preliminary patient details such as appointment information, referral details, and basic documentation.
Guide patients regarding consultation process, department locations, and hospital services.
Coordinate with reception, OPD, billing, and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient movement.
Manage appointment queues and assist in directing patients to the appropriate counters or departments.
Handle patient queries and provide accurate information related to hospital services.
Maintain basic records and ensure proper documentation handover to the reception or registration team.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and service standards.
Support front-desk operations during peak hours.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in hospital front office, pre-reception, or customer service roles.
Experience in healthcare or hospital environments is an advantage.
Familiarity with appointment systems and basic computer operations.
